1) Eligibility (NZ, 18+)

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (where applicable), and we do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, to protect the Service, or to comply with law. On termination, your licence ends and access to accounts/virtual items may be lost.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Disputes, law & venue

If you have a concern, contact us first and we will try to resolve it in good faith. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
